At GT Royalties, boarding is designed to give dogs space, structure, and meaningful social time. Dogs enjoy plenty of supervised free time in large, securely fenced ranch areas where they can run, play, and interact with compatible companions. We believe regular movement and socialization are essential for a dog’s mental and physical well-being, and our daily routine is built around healthy activity and balanced rest.

Our ranch environment also provides safe, enriching exposure to other animals from the opposite side of secure fencing. This controlled interaction supports confidence and healthy curiosity without compromising safety. Dogs are never left unsupervised during group play, and temperament is carefully considered when pairing companions.

For added security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with video surveillance monitoring. The facility is temperature regulated year-round to ensure comfort in all seasons.

For dogs who require additional care — whether due to medical recovery, age, or special needs — private kennels are available. These spaces allow for close monitoring, structured rest, and individualized attention while still maintaining routine and comfort. Every dog entrusted to our care is treated with attentiveness, consistency, and respect.
